Our primary service area includes communities across the Springfield, Northampton, and Hartford regions. For projects outside our standard coverage area, we may still be able to accommodate depending on scope, scheduling, and travel considerations.

Yes. Seven Roads Real Estate Media operates with safety, compliance, and professionalism as non-negotiables.

We carry $2 million in general business liability insurance, which can be provided upon request or issued for a specific property, client, or brokerage when required. All aerial drone photography and video services are performed by FAA-licensed drone operators, in full compliance with federal regulations.

Before every shoot, our team evaluates site conditions to identify any potential safety concerns. This includes reviewing weather conditions, airspace restrictions, proximity to airports, and other environmental or regulatory factors that may affect the job. If conditions are deemed unsafe or non-compliant, we reserve the right to delay or decline service to protect our team, clients, and the public.

In the event that any provision of our service agreement is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Any revisions will be made only to the extent necessary to ensure enforceability.

Our goal is to deliver high-quality real estate photography, video, and drone media while maintaining a safe, insured, and fully compliant working environment on every project.

To ensure clear and efficient communication, all photographer coordination is handled through the Seven Roads Media support team.
